Your company in good standing with every authority, every deadline tracked.

Incorporation, amendments and closure of companies, permits and licenses — with every expiry date tracked by us.

A company in good standing can sell, hire and bid without surprises. Absoluta handles every registration act — incorporation, amendments, closure, state and municipal registrations, permits and licenses — and keeps each document in a control with its expiry date, so renewal starts before it lapses.

Before filing, we check whether each license is really required: low-risk activities are exempt from operating permits under Brazil's Economic Freedom Act (Law 13,874/2019), according to each municipality's rules. You only pay for what your operation needs.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to register a company in Brazil?

It depends on the city, the activity and the licenses involved. Simple filings at the Board of Trade usually take a few business days; activities that need health, environmental or fire-department licenses take longer. Each step's timeline is written in our quote.

Does my activity need an operating permit?

Not always. We review your activity codes (CNAE) against your city's list before filing anything — and tell you what is mandatory and what is exempt.

Who tracks license renewals?

Absoluta does. Every license enters our control with its expiry date, and renewal is proposed 90 days in advance.
